If you would rather have another UWANT product or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can follow the policy to initiate a return. Please read the Return Policy before returning your order.
UWANT supports 30-day returns and refunds. Within 30 days from the date of delivery. Which means our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
· Return Condition
Orders can be returned within (30) days after delivery. Please return your item(s) in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts for a refund. Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it. Gifts cannot be returned or refunded.
UWANT focus on providing you with high-quality goods. However, if the goods you receive do not match the goods you ordered or the product has quality problems. We will provide best solution for you within 1 working days after you contact us.
You can apply for a return when there is a quality problem, and the resulting shipping costs will be borne by us.
Customers who do not like the product, but not the quality of the product, may also apply for a return and enjoy our 30days free return service.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
· What should I Do When I Want to Return?
- Please contact UWANT Customer Service, Email: email@example.com (US) / EUsupport@uwanttech.com (EU), Customer Service will reply you within 1 business day.
- You need to provide relevant photos of the product quality problem, and a screenshot of the order in the email.
- After confirming that the goods can be returned, we will confirm the return address and return label on you.
- Ship the products to our return address.
- When we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the product is no problem, you will get your refund.
· Refund Condition
If the product you purchased cannot be shipped because it is out of stock, we will notify you by email. You can choose the option of waiting for stock, direct refund or exchange.
If you change your mind after ordering and the order status is not shipped, you can contact us to refund directly. If the order status is shipped, then we do not accept order cancellation requests.
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
· Time of Return & Refund
When we receive your refund request, it will take 1-2 business days for us to confirm that you are eligible for a refund. After confirmation, it takes 2-3 business days for the bank to process the refund.(Applicable do not return to the case)
After we receive your return package and check. If items are all in good condition, we will send refund in 2-3 business day. It may take up to two(2) weeks for the refund to be seen in your account. Funds will be issued in the format of the original purchase. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
· Important Notice
We do not accept items sent back to us without prior request for return.
Please fill in the correct return recipient address and recipient information, otherwise we will not be able to receive the return Cash on delivery is not supported, please print our return label in advance no handling fee will be incurred for returns.
We recommend using the original box or envelope that came with the product as a return package to avoid additional return shipping costs.
If the wrong product is returned or not returned, you will not get a refund.
Due to irresistible factors during transportation, the goods appear slightly damaged, but do not affect normal use.
