All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Due to COVID-19, the delivery time may be longer. You will receive your order in 7-15 business days from the date that it is placed.

We are sorry to say delivery is not possible to these region below: United States:Hawaii,Alaska,Puerto Rico,Guam,Virgin Islands EU states:Denmark Faroe Islands,Greenland,France Overseas territories and departments,Greece Mount Athos,Portugal Azores Islands and Madeira Islands,Italy Livigno and Campione d’Italia,Netherlands Non-European areas,Spain Ceuta/Melilla, Canary Islands,Cyprus Northern part.

Our shipping methods include FedEx, UPS (in US).And DPD,DHL,GLS,UPS( in Europe).

When you receive the package found that the outer box has been damaged, please directly reject it.Then raise a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier company. If you find the damage after you sign for it, please take a photo of package and item, then contact us.

Addresses cannot be changed once the product is en-route.

Shipping is free with the purchase over $200. For orders under $200, you should pay $11 for shipping.
